Heated water boiler UNIMAT UT-H

UNIMAT UT-H heated water boilers are used for heating networks with high temperature levels, for remote or local networks, but also for communal heating plants and collective or industrial heating production.

The UNIMAT UT-H is a large-volume boiler with a fire tube, built on the basis of the triple-path technology. In the fire tube and in the flue gas tubes the flue gas flows in and the boiler water flows out. In the cylindrical pressure body, the fire tube, the flue gas inversion chamber, the first and second flue paths are placed to optimize the flue gas flow. An economizer module can be added for heat recovery.

Our patent for the three-pass system has been the reason for the unparalleled success of this product line for decades, as it is for the steam technology. The fire tube (first run) and two sets of flue tubes (second and third runs) are perfectly integrated into the pressure body with the gas inversion chamber embedded. Thanks to the lateral fire tube and the horizontal gas inversion at the back and vertical gas inversion at the front, the result is an optimal radiation and convection surface with a large volume of superheated water and very little space requirement. The bottoms are firmly anchored to the fire tube and are connected to the boiler casing for balanced load distribution.

All high volume boilers are offered with accessories as fully functional units. The high-quality standard equipment includes the boiler pressure vessel, the control and safety technology, the burner block, a feed pump module, a connection box and the control cabinet with the BCO boiler control.
