The Unimat UT-HZ boiler meets high heat requirements and ensures reliability and efficiency in various installations.

The UNIMAT UT-HZ is a large volume boiler with two firetubes, built in the triple-path technology with two firetubes and completely separate flue gas circuits. This boiler with two fire tubes has been used for decades. It is designed with separate flue gas circuits and is also suitable for operation with a single firebox. An economizer with modular technology can be added for heat recovery.

UNIMAT UT-HZ heated water boilers are used wherever a large amount of heat is required. The most important fields of application are district heating and the processing industry.

The compatibility for unlimited single or parallel operation of the combustion devices is not only due to the stable separation of the flue gas side. The special constructional measures for the neutralization of the stress forces when operating on a fire tube are decisive for the long-term stability. The fire tubes pass through the front and rear bottoms and are welded all around. The rear flue gas reversal box, which is submerged in water, is separated from the water penetrated stabilizing tube wall and is also anchored to the rear bottom. The large pressure relief areas, combined with the anchoring of the reversing box covers to the bottom, ensure low stresses.


Unlimited individual operation offers high load flexibility. The control range is doubled and unnecessary energy losses can be reduced.

All the fire tube boilers offered can be purchased with the equipment and thus form a fully functional unit. The basic equipment includes the pressure vessel, the control and safety technology, the burner unit, a pump module, a terminal box and the control cabinet including the comfortable BCO control.
