ECO Stand-Alone flue gas heat exchanger

The module exploits the heat potential of the exhaust gas streams and thus increases the efficiency of the steam boiler.

ECO Stand-Alone flue gas heat exchanger

The flue gas heat exchanger serves to save energy by reducing the temperature of the flue gas by heating the return water of the system.

The exhaust gas streams contain a high heat potential at a high temperature level. Economizer modules with their highly efficient downstream heating surfaces exploit this potential and thus significantly increase the efficiency of new or existing steam boilers. The exhaust gas heat exchanger connected downstream of the boiler is used for "dry" operation to heat the feed water. In order to use the heat value technology, the flue gas condensation can be carried out in another downstream flue gas heat exchanger module and the make-up water can be heated. Retrofitting into single tube steam boilers is extremely easy with this module.

  • Increased boiler efficiency
  • Reduction of fuel consumption
  • Easy retrofitting of existing systems

The flue gases are collected in the lower part and flow through the upper part of the integrated heat exchanger for heat recovery.

The module is mounted on a stable frame and has transport rails on the rear side. Actuator, connection pipework, exhaust gas control valve and venting shut-off valve are completely assembled in the factory and are also included in the scope of supply, as is the thermal insulation.
